Direct the development and administration of industry standard education that leads to globally recognized professional designations in insurance and retirement, including Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) and Fellow, Secure Retirement Institute (FSRI). Oversee teams of dedicated educators, programmers and trainers across content development, instructional design and learning technology as well as service and support to implement best in class financial services training. Priorities include: • collaborating with LOMA Education and Training Council, a volunteer group of financial executives who help us identify educational needs and who serve as a sounding board for new product ideas • guiding project managers, overseeing planning and strategy execution across education and design teams • mentoring leaders in guiding managers, creating efficiencies and communicating the company vision
