Andy delivered a well prepared Leadership Programme in the framework of a Springboard Program for Lend Lease managers in Australia, that is where I had the pleasure to meet him, this provided the bedrock for the improvements both in teamwork and a step change in personal ownership of the values we were looking for. His skillful and thought provoking approach has been insightful and preceptive. It has provided an ongoing challenge for me to reflect upon, thus sharpening my leadership awareness based on respect. Great communicator and fantastic positivity approach.

Andy Chevis has recently helped me achieve tangible positive outcomes to the often tough business of starting a business. Our regular sessions over the past eight months have helped me focus on how my thinking patterns, personal qualities and priorities in life can be leveraged to help me better understand myself and therefore my business. All of our conversations are focussed on getting to your own specific outcome by the end of the session. Andy has proven to have the skill and tenacity to bring you to the core of an issue and then assist you in shining your own light on the most realistic way forward. I have to say that I have formulated two key habits that are increasing my productivity and helping with clear, strategic and prioritised thinking. This has been a direct result of my conversations with Andy and I would highly recommend his coaching services to anyone who is willing to dig deep and and take personal responsibility for their business success.

I work with organisations helping them to clarify the desired future state of their business and people performance. Together we are authentic about how things are now and design interventions to move from current performance to the desired future state. Over time this has taken the form of all sorts of interventions primarily working in three ways: Organisational Coaching I work with all levels of leaders within organisations, specialising in, coaching high potential leaders moving into new or senior positions. Coaching programmes effectively enhance the performance and leadership capabilities of individuals in workplace settings. Facilitation Working with groups and teams to help them do their best thinking, I create a highly focused environment that becomes a catalyst for breakthrough discoveries and innovative thinking. With a good balance of challenge and support and highly effective observation and questions I have helped executive teams develop and define their purpose, make critical decisions, build strategies, design processes to develop company values, and solve a number of organisational issues, whilst holding true to business goals, company culture and agreed behaviours. Leadership Development Programmes I tailor courses specifically to meet the unique needs of an organisation. I also deliver a number of development programmes designed to enhance the leadership capability of participants. These include courses such as: Coaching and Feedback for Leaders, Values Based Interviewing, Performance Conversations and Leadership Development through personal enquiry.
