Harold Mann

Edson provided operations management for our team of admin staff and consultants. This position required much prioritization, interfacing with customers, vendors and employees, and judgment calls throughout the day. He keeps a positive demeanor regardless of any daily turbulence, which is important in our kind of business. Our staff got along great with him, and his efforts to streamline our internal training and knowledge base were very successful. Edson is also seasoned with the needs of small businesses and what they expect and require from their technology partners. He's like a swiss-army knife, lots of useful tools all packaged together, except I would bring Edson on an airplane with me.
