Timothy Lannon is a born leader. He is competent, professional, approachable, knowledgeable, detailed oriented, and customer driven. Tim and I worked together on the Covid-19 Rent Relief project at Horne, LLP via LA Business Personnel. He was a lead over his own team and stepped in as needed to manage multiple other teams, including mine. Despite the demands on his time, he was consistently responsive, helpful, and friendly. I enjoyed working with and for Tim and would happily do so again. He would be a great addition to any company.

Although Tim only worked for Hospital Central Services for a short period of time, he was well respected by his peers and customer base. Tim always had a pleasant demeanor and fit into our company atmosphere right from the start. Tim was a quick learner, very detailed, and very customer service oriented. It was a great pleasure to have Tim as a part of my team and will be a true asset to any company who considers him from employment.

I proactively supervise and oversee the training, welfare, discipline, and professional growth of six team members. I lead and direct a team that is currently achieving 132% of the program’s established production standards. I also promote the establishment of relationships, trust, and leadership, and demonstrate the drive and willingness to adapt and take on increased responsibility by overseeing more than one team at a time.

I actively oversaw and managed a department of more than 42 employees with an annual payroll of $450K. I structured and implemented staff schedules, training, and advancement that resulted in increased employee responsibility and quality control within the hospital. Additionally, I initiated the planning, development, and implementation of a plan for the Patient Satisfaction Committee and HCAHPS development, which improved the hospital's rating from 3 to 4 stars.
