I personally believe that great leaders are those who realize that they are not responsible for results, but for the people who are responsible for results. In saying that, after having the pleasure to work with and for Anderson Gomez, I can easily state that he is a great leader, one of the best I've ever met: passionate and emphatic with his team, extremely professional, creative, and smart. Indeed, thanks to his guide, in less than a month I've keened my mindset, becoming a better version of myself under many aspects. I would recommend Anderson to those companies that are looking for the so-called great managers of tomorrow, capable of enhancing teams to perform at their very best.

Transparent, Calm and Easy going - the three traits that best describe Anderson and his leadership! It has been a pleasure working under him during multiple sprints for Integra. Anderson also has a unique ability of getting the team going in ambiguous situations when very minimal information is available. I fully back and recommend Anderson to any role he chooses!
