Kris is a fantastic Test Lead. He's constantly helping the team and advancing the many projects that our department finds themselves working on - while still finding time to check in and help with anything any of our team might be struggling with, inside or out of work. He's relentless (in the best possible way) in his quest for great documentation and process. The QA team, under his leadership, has become a well-polished machine that's guaranteed to produce work of an incredibly high quality. Every QA under his leadership has improved, myself included and he makes sure that these improvements carry over to any other departments as well.
