  Swab clients for DNA at the Shelby County Child Support Office where paternity is in question. Maintain chain of custody forms for each sample collected and send them to the lab via UPS every day. Initially, filled out chain of custody forms out by hand. Realizing that filling these forms out by hand was slow, inefficient, and prone to error, I scanned a chain of custody form into the computer and developed a fillable PDF form. I can now type in all the client information and print it onto the form where it lines up perfectly within the correct box. Show less
