Ismael is a dream when it comes to producers. I had the pleasure of working with Ismael on several games and projects spanning multiple platforms. He is deeply committed to the success of each, and often went above and beyond to ensure all assets and information was available as soon as humanly possible. Post-launch, he always looked for ways to continue to elevate the games and their impact on players to be the best they could possibly be. Ismael excels at communication and team support; if you work with him, you can rest assured he will have your back on any project. His ability to take a positive yet realistic approach no matter the situation is truly an asset in the bustling games industry. I will miss his care and candor deeply.

I can say without any doubt that Ismael is one of the best. His attention to the smallest details and his empathy make him the right person to ask for help when tons of work wait in your desk. He is a very self-motivated one, always creative and original, and exigent with himself and with his colleagues, which is a key point to succeeding on a teamwork environment. He irradiates professionalism, and friendship as well, on the right balance for a good working environment. Wherever and whenever one might need not only a manager but a real lead, Ismael is a good choice.

    • Game Producer (Internal Studio)
      • Mar 2017 - Sep 2018

2017 was time for a new adventure. We started a new in-house Game Studio in Alicante, and I joined that team as Producer. This was all learning for me: building a great high performing Team from scratch, (which in the end didn't succeed in the way we had desired), and create together the Fastest, Nicer and Most innovative First Original Story from a New Internal Studio ever: Sally's Salon: Kiss & Make-up- Game Producer in a team of 16 people from different nationalities, and filling all the roles in game development: Programming, Game Design, 2D Art, 3D Art and animators, QA- Work Together within a Leads Team with the Lead Programmer, Art Director and Lead Designer to align on dependencies, make decissions, and plan production.- Work with stakeholders and service teams such as Marketing, UA, Executive Producers, QA, Customer Support, etc. to align on dates, product requirements, feedback on game and features, etc.- Full Production cycle from pre-conception to post-launch, working in 2-weeks sprints, and using some of the scrum ceremonies: Sprint grooming, planning, review and retrospectives. On the other hand, in 2017 we also moved our office to a different city and I provided support and was part of the decision making process to find a new location, negotiate contract with landlord and service providers, find an architect to finish the office space, follow up with the works before and after moving, buy new equipment, get rid of old stuff, etc. Show less
