I met Maegan through our time together at Full Sail University where she eagerly volunteered to help her fellow students by proofreading and editing their class projects. She has a passion for helping people and is always looking for ways to improve her craft. Her feedback has always been well-constructed and explained. She doesn’t just edit; she explains why the edits are important. In this regard, she helps someone like me, who has a penchant for overusing the comma, understand what is wrong and how they can improve on their craft in the future. I have trusted her with many of my class projects and look forward to working with her in the future as I continue to hone my skills in wrangling commas.

Operated through an online-based transportation service smart phone application to accept pick-up requests sent by individuals called “riders.” Navigated toward the riders using the built-in GPS in the application and picked up riders from various locations across the city. Conversed with local and international riders to confirm desired location and directions. Enhanced customer service by opening doors, offering food and/or water during the drive, providing towels on rainy days, and returning any items left in vehicle. Adhered to all traffic and vehicle regulations, such as seat belt enforcement, turn signal operation, and speed limit compliance. Customers rated and commented on me as a driver, scoring me at 4.9 out of 5.0 from an average of 4.8 in the Orlando area’s top drivers.
