I had the pleasure of working with Oleg for about three years until 2022 while he was a senior backend developer. I think there are three things that make Oleg stand out. First of all, it’s his incredible deep knowledge of backend development. He has significant experience and knowledge with Node JS, Nest Js, Typescript, SQL/No-SQL Dbs, among others. He also understands third party integration well including knowledge of integrating payment solutions such as Stripe and Authorize Net. Second, Oleg is a great teammate. Always kind and always happy to help. Because we worked remotely it was very important to have people who can be active during online team events and who can maintain friendly relations while being thousands of miles away. Oleg was always that person. Lastly, Oleg is a an amazing leader. He can help new team members settle into the team and guide juniors. A responsive and responsible leader. It was a pleasure to work with Oleg!
