There is a lot of insights I might be able to provide as we have known each other during our studies for many years. However, I would like to point out one exact thing - the understanding of a bigger picture. In recent years, we have shared a lot of knowledge from our fields and talked about many positions and experiences we have had. The thing I find truly immersive tho, is the ability and dedication to understanding the whole picture. To put extra effort into understanding the processes and people behind the data and to be able to interpret it in an understandable manner. That is something that people with this level of seniority usually do not possess. Lastly, the energy has been putting into education in recent years, and going the extra mile is really inspiring. I am very interested in where this approach sets him in a future career.
