Kathleen is a very professional, yet personal, leader. As a business-manager, she is very thorough and detailed, knowing all aspects of the work. Having worked with her for two years, I would highly recommend Kathleen.

My relationship with Kathy was unique because she was neither a client, or a partner or an associate. I am a volunteer member of St. Timothy's Finance Council and worked with Kathy while she lived in Laguna Niguel as the Business Manager of the church for approx 15 years. To her and what we demanded of her must seem like 30 years. Kathy is one of the most efficient and talented executives I have worked with in my 52 year career. She was not only responsible for all the financial accounting of the parish but also the facilities manager and human resources manager for all the paid and volunteer staff. The pastor, "God Love Him" wanted nothing to do with the administration of the parish and let all those responsibilities up to Kathy and when needed (if important enough) brought the requests to the Financial Council for discussion. I have not only been impressed with Kathy's professional ability but also her work ethic. The US Marines have a saying "What Ever It Takes" and that was our Kathy. She made it happen! She has the ability to keep people happy with the outcome and result even with those who didn't agree with the direction or decision. Unfortunately for us she had to relocate for her husband’s job position as a educator. Fortunately for those who now have the opportunity to have her in Colorado, she is available for a position equal to her experience and talents, but believe me she is up to any and all challenges and will find a way to make any position (at an executive level) better for her being there and her responsibilities more efficiently performed
