Based on the profile and highlight video I create for a player, including his strengths, weaknesses and evaluation, the player is marketed across North America in hopes of securing a scholarship to a top university program (NCAA, NAIA, USports). Players have been signed to prestigious and successful universities, such as Harvard, Missouri State, University of Virginia, University of California Santa Barbara, and the University of Toronto. This position is teaching me multiple soft skills, such as communication and creativity. Managing different field and team sizes, age groups and skill levels often requires creativity and adaptation skills, to set up a fun, effective, and challenging training session, based on a specific theme. It has also massively improved my communication skills, to help players as much as I can, but also to build a connection with people.
