I can think of how helpful he was when we were migrating Demandtec from IBM to Acoustic. If Louis would not have been there I don't know how all of documentation would have been migrated from Box and Confluence. We were looking at having to do a manual process and he was able to put together a way to migrate all of these documents. It saved so much time and effort for us.
