We specialize in high-risk products and services, incl. equity, mezzanine and long-term credit in local currency. FMO offers environmental and social management support and advice on corporate governance. In my role as Manager of Special Operations, I manage the Special Operations (‘SO’) department within FMO. My team consists of 11 people, 6 (Senior) Investment Officers, 3 (Senior) Portfolio Analysts, 1 Environmental and Social Specialist, and Secretarial support. The SO department is responsible for the turnaround, recovery and restructuring of approx. EUR700mln of distressed assets in the FMO portfolio and handles distressed assets worldwide.
