I'm a member of the Group Senior Management Team with responsibility for three teams: Research & Data Insights; Community Engagement & Experience; and Communications, Marketing and External Affairs. All three teams work closely with colleagues, strategic allies, and our amazing network of community partners ... delivering pilots and projects, measuring our impact, advocating for change, growing our network, and supporting network members to build their capacity to address local needs for digital access, skills and confidence. Alongside Good Things Foundation Australia, we're developing global links and supporting NGOs outside the UK to advance their programmes on digital inclusion. I love my job! What I do is varied, stretching, and incredibly rewarding. Tackling digital exclusion in communities matters more than ever. Importantly - we don't just talk about why and how this matters, we get to be part of changing that - in communities, regions, nationally and even globally. Digital exclusion impacts on every part of our lives and communities ... this isn't a 'tech' issue. It is about people, about equality, about inclusion, and social justice.
