Katie Frasier
Josephina and I worked together at Archer Malmo - she was an Account Supervisor for my accounts (I served as the lead Digital and Communications Strategist). There are some account teams that act strictly as order takers -- but, Josephina is not one of them. She brought a level of strategic thought and collaboration to every account we worked on - always pushing the team to think beyond the ask. Because of Josephina's leadership on our accounts, the work I produced was always made better. She genuinely wants to produce great work and have fun while doing it. I am grateful for our time working together, and though I no longer call her a colleague, I am happy to call her a friend.

Josephina and I worked together in account management on the Carhartt and Carrier client accounts at Campbell-Ewald from 2007 – 2009. Under her supervision I was an Assistant Account Executive. Josephina my direct Supervisor, but I also considered her a mentor and friend. She taught me the basics of account management, client relations as well as media budgeting. Through her mentorship I was able to grow my skillset during that time period and it prepared me for future endeavors in the advertising world. Josephina was an efficient, hard-working, and punctual employee. I was very impressed with her ability to handle an extensive workload and always remain calm and friendly. It was a pleasure working with Josephina and I would highly recommend her to any company considering her for employment.
