I set up and created the agile program and portfolio for a platform I was supporting that was an enterprise grade solution. My program at its peak consisted of 10 engineering teams with around 60 engineers in the mix. My primary job responsibilities involved tracking our business features and capability delivery across all of our teams and reporting out status to senior and executive leadership. It also consisted of continuously improving our delivery practices and ensuring our groups were moving as efficiently as possible. I lead PI planning ceremonies, including Pre plannings and readouts. I spearheaded efforts to improve our moderation and contribution practices to help streamline some of our other development efforts. Additionally I was a people leader for 4-5 agilists and helped guide them in their careers and growth, providing opportunities for them to own bigger initiatives to showcase their skills. I was our programs liaison for major cross cutting program initiatives in higher level forums. I completed all of these tasks while working fully remote and built a strong virtual team culture.
