      I initially participate as a team member on the AutoCAD/Revit team to work on project development of construction documents for institutional and commercial building projects. I began working closely with the mechanical team in the office and started to take the lead on the mechanical design on retail projects which consisted of HVAC and plumbing design. In 2017 I was given the opportunity to work on the electrical engineering team and create electrical engineering of power and lighting systems for retail and commercial projects. I perform engineering calculations including energy, load, photometrics and voltage drop. I reviewed shop drawings, respond to RFI’s, and coordinate with contractors, design team, building officials, owner. The part I enjoyed the most was the travel for pre-deign site visits, design meetings, construction phase site observations, etc. and prepare detailed technical narrative reports.
