Even if it was for a short time, I've had an incredible first experience working under David, which prepared me for the real world with an international knowledge. David was the THE person that shook up and straightend out my young and unsorted spirit, and gave me the kick that made me what I am today. Even after 10 years, I still believe him to be the best manager I ever had, and if I could work with him again, I'd sign immediately.

As a consultant from 1998-2000 I worked closely with David as an advisor and strategist for the setup and development of Sony's new VAIO techical support organisation in Europe. Under David's management, the project proved a great success for Sony and assured the quality reputation of the company was upheld in what was a high risk and new market for Sony ( laptop PC's). Davids key attributes were his dedication to the job, his willingness to listen and take on board new ideas; to be flexible in his approach and to build a strong team around him who were empowered to deliver. It speaks for itself that the majority of that team remains in place today running what is a very successful support organisation. It was my pleasure to have had the opportunity to work with David and his Sony VAIO support team.
