Ruth is an extremely knowledgeable, organized, detail oriented, confident and trusted partner. I got to know Ruth last year when planning a 2 day long, jam packed agenda, 24 hotel, FAM tour in Downtown Chicago for myself and my colleagues (14 people). It was a big initiative to have all of us out of the office and I wanted to be efficient with our time but also include fun and educational components. My dream became a reality with Ruth's hard work and persistence!! She made sure the tour was operated smoothly, enlisting a DMC partner to arrange ground, identified overnight accommodations at a brand new property in the loop, and made sure to have very clear guidance provided to all the properties we saw. We were delighted to meet with numerous NSO's and Sales and Catering Managers. Everyone was 100% ready for our visit(s). My colleagues haven't stopped raving about the experience since! Every one of us is now much more familiar with Choose Chicago and are utilizing their services as they are intended. Ruth's shown us how great of a collaborative partner she and all the staff at Choose Chicago can be. I would recommend Ruth not only for her role at Choose Chicago, but I'd also recommend her to any future employer. Keep up the great work, Ruth!!
