Mani is a great teacher/mentor who hired me when I had zero experience. Not many leaders will hire someone without related experience but he took the out-of-the-box calculated risk. He believed in me and gave me a good platform to grow. He gives direct harsh feedback so I could improve rapidly and not many leaders do that. When you need help, he will always be there for you though we know he is very busy with management meetings, etc but always make time for you. Again, most leaders won't do that and ask you to figure it out yourself. He has a father-like and professor nature and is willing to teach/help you.
