Mani is a great teacher/mentor who hired me when I had zero experience. Not many leaders will hire someone without related experience but he took the out-of-the-box calculated risk. He believed in me and gave me a good platform to grow. He gives direct harsh feedback so I could improve rapidly and not many leaders do that. When you need help, he will always be there for you though we know he is very busy with management meetings, etc but always make time for you. Again, most leaders won't do that and ask you to figure it out yourself. He has a father-like and professor nature and is willing to teach/help you. Another key attribute is Mani has a wide mind and is always open to new ideas/working for good collaborative working. Practical, objective, open-minded and on the ground leader who spends time grooming you even if it is after-office hours and he works late every day too.. 10 or 20 years down the road, he will be a talking topic to friends/families and very blessed to meet/know Mani in my life. Thank you so much Sir Mani.

A true partner and collaborator; Mani is a joy to work with. No matter the situation or challenge, I could trust on Mani to give me honest feedback and advice. While Mani is the VP of South East Asia and India, he also coaches and helps the North Asia teams. He is always being available to help with any customer matter. He also has vast experience in the Market Research industry, and is very open in passing on his knowledge to his colleagues and peers. I have witnessed Mani championing and cheering many of the team. While he doesn't always realize it, he is a very open minded, supportive sponsor of the rich diversity that is the Asia Pacific region! On a personal note, Mani made a huge impact at my time at Dynata. Always available to help me or answer my questions.
