Bio
Tawana Jacobs, APR
Alan was an extraordinary intern. He took on all assignments with great enthusiasm and completed them on time. He was a great student of communications during his time with the team, and he dramatically improved his skills before departing. Alan showed great initiative and easily worked with staff on other project teams to complete assignments. I'd highly recommend him for any position.
Guru Naik
Alan did a Program Internship for 3 months with us in Sri Lanka. He was tasked to identify and write success stories from the development activities that are being implemented by us in the field. He did a fantastic job of this assignment. He went around the entire country, spent all his time in interior areas, interacted very nicely with field staff, visited houses of successful cases and wrote them up quite nicely. He even picked up bits of local language (sinhala and tamil) to interact in the field. He became extremely popular among our field staff very quickly. The success stories he has written are proving to be a treasure for us, which will be used for our publications and communications. Overall we are extremely pleased with his contribution, personality, attitude and skills.
