Mladen was technical lead on developing an end to end Smart metering solution to manage UK prepayment on smart meters. I have to say Mladen was a joy to work with. He has a brilliant grasp of technical aspects, able to quickly understand complex or incomplete business requirements and translate those into solutions. His ability to grasp DLSM/COSEM requirements of hardware assets was a key factor in our successful development of a solution. On top of that Mladen has a great sense of humor and continually surprised the UK based part of the team by his understanding of UK humor. He also had a commitment to the project that was very pleasing to see, putting in the extra effort required at key points of the project to make crucial deliveries. In short, I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mladen and I hope we will have the opportunity to repeat the experience.
