I hired Maria at the very beginning of opening the plant in Kutno (Poland). Maria was my first hire and she was of tremendous help setting up our finance controls and financials reporting for the plant. Even though she had no prior experience in plant controlling she learnt very quickly and excelled in everything she did while managing the pressure that comes with a brand new organization. Not only she constantly delivered or overdelivered her duties but was of great help for her colleagues. One her best achievements was to be able to put in place and enforced all internal controls granting us a successful internal audit after just 1 year of operations. She did it with almost no supervision by creating a fruitful collaboration with the internal control team. Starting my assignment in the plant I knew I had to find and train the future plant finance manager and it is with great pride and admiration that Maria took over when I left the plant. Maria is a great finance professional with all the skills needed. I highly recommend her as I believe she will be an amazing asset for the organization she works for.

Maria was a member of Enactus University of Lodz team in 2008-2013. In 2011-2013 she lead her team to victory at the Enactus National Competition 2012 in Warsaw. As a result she was representing Poland together with her team at the Enactus World Cup 2012 in Washington. In Enactus she has proven to be a successful team, and project leader. I had a pleasure to watch her on stage presenting her projects with passion and enthusiasm. She is a hardworking and goal oriented young professional. Remains a member of the Enactus Alumni network in Poland.
