This certification was granted by CONAIC, National Council Certification in Informatics and Computing, for the 2013-2018 period.* Tutor of a group of 25 students from the Engineering Informatics career.* Coordinator in the MTA program, a certification process granted by Microsoft and the Ministry of Education in Guanajuato that helped students, graduates and teachers from Instituto Tecnologico de Celaya to get a Microsoft Technology Associate certification at no cost in case they passed the exam.

Software development of the web application "Online Warson System", which is used by the employees to process the company information, such as customers, quotes, orders, purchases, invoices, products, planning, reports, and inventory. This application was developed by using open-source software, such as MySQL for the database, PHP as the programming language, and Apache as the server. Javascript and CSS were also used. A software reengineering process was followed to develop this web application based on a software developed by the company 1995.Installation and maintenance service of a Virtual Private Network (VPN). This process allowed the employees from the branch office located in Queretaro (another city) to use the Online Warson System (located in Celaya main office) under a secure connection.Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers of the company.
