I also owned the exception process for capturing exceptions to the key deliverables laid out in the CTP. I equipped our partner (IBM) with the training, support, and assets to produce this reporting. I also extracted data from systems such as HP’s Advance Lifecycle Management 11, EPM and SharePoint, for further analysis in Excel.
