Sam Tainsh
In addition to Amy's primary responsibilities in Customer Service, Demand Planning and Finance Support she was my Executive Assistant at various times when the incumbent was on leave and for a period of several months while recruiting a new Executive Assistant. She showed great maturity and professionalism in handling a very busy role and in dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders including direct reports, many people all over Australia and NZ, peers and the CEO's office. She would have been capable to go into this role permanently but this was not the direction she was seeking. With her writing and communications background she also produced the Business Unit fortnightly communication to 450 employees across ANZ. This required collection of news and articles and publication with a specific emphasis from the Group GM of Oils, my role. She managed this really well with minimal supervision. I would happily recommend or re-hire Amy for the appropriate role.

I have worked with Amy for the past 3 years and have found her to be diligent, hardworking and very efficient. She is very customer oriented and always looks for solutions to meet customer expectations. Over the past 5 months she has supported myself and my team in the financial space, organising pricing files, generating reports and other general financial assistance. She has a sweet personality and is always will to help out where possible and often takes on duties outside of her current role. I would not hesitate in recommending her for any other similar roles.
