Anne was instrumental in the creation of BB&T’s online auto quoting application. This application serves as a single user facing interface which allows applicants to receive multiple quotes from several insurance carriers. In addition to complying with the integration of the carriers’ mainframe and distributed systems, the application required a strong understanding of 12+ states' insurance laws and regulations, all which vary in one form or fashion from each other. Works with test teams to help plan and coordinate the end to end integration test plans. • Mentors QA Leads on the expectations of test case development instructions for Test Analyst and Testers. • Conducts Test Status meetings as needed during testing levels (SIT and UAT). • Interact with Development Lead in exchanging status and resolving all concerns and issues. • Responsible for Defect Management. • Delivery Tracking for Testing. Provide status and resolve all concerns and issues with Project Manager. • Review Metrics gathering.
