In this position I managed a team of digital marketers in both Melbourne and Sydney. My team were responsible for the strategic planning and cross channel orchestration of the Mobile, Email and Billing Comms channels for Telstra. It was my job to foster best practice, provide data led insights and recommendations for programs of work across the Business, Consumer and Loyalty CRM teams. Where ever possible I sought to end the "reactive ad hoc campaign", which was often a tough gig in the highly competitive telecommunications space. My focus was on identifying customer lifecycles and driving revenue through the design of highly personalised and completely automated cross channel comms programs.
