Kobi is one of the best operations, account and project managers that I have ever worked with. He has an exceptional ability to manage an infinite amount of activities and accounts. His communication skills are excellent, and even in the toughest times Kobi never lost his internal calmness. Many times I witnessed Kobi's professional ability to stay calm, polite, and positive even with the toughest and most annoying customers that we worked with. I managed Kobi at OptiSystems Solutions (acquired by BMC Software) during 1999 and 2000. Kobi was responsible for quality and process improvement in an R&D group of about 30 people that designed and developed 5 monitoring and performance management products for the SAP market. Kobi was later on Product Manager of the main product in this line. I found Kobi to be very professional, job oriented, and methodical, with a thorough understanding of the objectives at hand. In spite of the hectic atmosphere, constant pressure, and long hours on the job, Kobi managed to keep his cool, and got the job done at prime quality. With his professionalism, expertise, commitment, team play, and calm nature, it was a great pleasure working with Kobi. Any company would want to have Kobi on board.
