As a part of this global project, assigned as Project Leader and Unit Manager for these clinics. A simplified definition for this project might be "Merge of these two biggest chains with very different corporate cultures, implement FMC Standards and Guidelines in Euromedic Clinics while transferring any better practice to FMC Turkey”Project includes 14 clinics, 380 employee and approximately 1,500 patients and had a deadline as of December 2012. Crucial success factors were defined as “implementation of FMC international standards and guidelines in these clinics” , “minimized voluntary patient drop out” , “minimized employee turnover”Results • Project has been successfully completed in accordance with budget requirements and time constraints. Budget figures for patients and treatment numbers have been reached with 5% total growth in patient numbers. • Employee turnover in EM clinics has been managed to be 20% less than the remaining clinics’ average. 2% decrease in FTE number without affecting any processes has been succeeded. • Ratio of HHD patients has reached to 2% in one year, which ended up 200 K TL additional income.
