Larry accepted an invitation to participate as an expert in the Business Networking Online Summit held in April 2016 where I interviewed 42 of the world’s leading authors, practitioners, thought leaders and experts in all topics related to business networking. Larry was a gracious and enthusiastic interviewee, teaching the principles of building quality connections and relationships. We also talked about the book he co-wrote with Melissa G Wilson: Networking is DEAD. Networking as many ‘do it’ is dead. In the world in which we now live, we must make connections that matter and count. In this book, Larry and Melissa show you the way. Buy it and do the work. I loved this book. I highly recommend Larry Mohl to you.

I developed and brought Jubi to market with my co-founder, Terry Barber, as our first incarnation of the technology platform built on the Learn > Do > Inspire methodology designed to drive change in mindsets and behaviors. The successful adoption of Jubi by the market set the stage for our merger with onQ and the creation of Rali. Jubi was my first experience as a start-up tech entrepreneur. It brought both great joy and painful lessons that have helped prepared me for the road ahead. Performance inspired was a consulting firm based on the work of my co-founder, Terry Barber on "The Science of Inspiration", and my work on culture transformation and leadership development. Together we provided assessment, consulting, and training. Our signature program was called "Lead to Inspire". The program equipped hundred's of leaders with the principles and practices needed to inspire more engaged and productive associates, and shape a culture of inspiration. Children’s brought me on to develop and manage strategic initiatives including leadership development, succession and performance management, clinician development and technology training. I led the organizations’ HR technology strategy and acted as a change leader for many initiatives including the adoption of the organizations electronic medical records system. One accomplishment I am proud of was the development of the "Children's Center for Leadership (CFL)". This multi-component, multi-tiered initiate engaged physician, clinical, and administrative leaders in a year-long program designed to equip leaders with the skills and relationships needed to take Children's to the future. CFL improved leader "in-role" performance, increased Children's succession and retention metrics, created significant financial impact, and set the stage for future leadership development strategies. Children's is a special place with special people where I learned the importance of mission, what it truly means to serve others, and how to focus on what truly matters most. Show less

As a member of senior leadership for the Global Talent team at American Express, I developed programs for executive and leadership development, sales effectiveness, and the regional integration of talent solutions worldwide. Our aim was simple: refresh our core company values and develop strategies to drive sustained market growth. We accomplished those goals, saving our shareholders $8 million in the first year while our account acquisition practices yielded $111 million in revenue.
