Anca is one of the most detailed and intrinsic QA I have ever worked with. She has keen eye to test every piece of code from end-user's perspective. The perfect combination, she blend, between business requirement and user needs made our products much better. In many occasions, she had helped team finding many abnormalities in the application which could have costed us dearly, if not fixed in-time. Apart from being a great QA, she is an excellent team player and team mentor. She will always suggest/implement changes in the team to improve team dynamics and to bring fun and collaboration in the team. Only drawback working with Anca is that you will gain few extra kilos with her yummy cakes and cookies 😛 I recommend Anca to organisations / teams who care for Quality

My dream is to create qualitative products that customers love, by understanding the customer needs and the business constraints. To do so, I started a learning journey, and I attended online courses about Product Management where I have learned concepts like Idea and user needs, Competitive and market analysis, Customer development, Defining success and measuring results.I also did online courses from Google, like "Understand the customer's needs and Online behaviors", "Make sure your customers find you online", and many more. Also, I allowed time for readings as well, and I have started to read "The Lean Startup", by Eric Ries, "Inspired: How to Create Tech Products Customers Love", by Marty Cagan and "User Story Mapping" by Jeff Patton.I would love to have the chance to apply all that I have learned in this time in real-life products. My desire is to best make use of these new knowledge, so that I can help and give back to the organization by bringing in my enthusiasm, good mood and joy, and help bringing to life qualitative features that could change the world.

Being a QA Engineer at WunderCar is both challenging and eye opening at the same time.As a QA professional coming from an outsourcing background, I got the opportunity to be involved in the entire Software Development Life Cycle from defining the product requirements, to making sure those same requirements are delivered in the product shipped to the customers.I applied all my previous knowledge in Software Testing and helped the company increase the quality of the product which translated in measurable metrics like user base growth and customer satisfaction.I soon became responsible for managing the releases from a QA perspective and giving the green light for the launch.Professionally, it has been a “wunderful” experience.● Mobile app project ● Documenting and maintaining test cases in line with the Product Management requirements● Managing the release process from a Quality Assurance perspective● Assessing product requirements and identifying potential inconsistencies● Collaborating closely with all the development divisions (Mobile, Back-End, Design)● Second level support
