  Responsible for restructuring of $6 million nonprofit agency providing diverse clinical, residential, community supports and employment services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. **Developed by-laws, board policies, business plans, fundraising and marketing activities, financial reporting systems and operating systems. **Managed diverse funding sources for Home and Community Based Services model (Medicaid Waivers), Ohio DJFS (Intermediate Care Facilities), local and state contracts, private donations, fundraising and United Way.**Built modern and accessible homes to replace aging housing stock through ICFDD funding and regulatory process.**Responsible for the oversight of two HUD projects providing housing to individuals with developmental disabilities.**Developed Link Business Services to enhance community employment opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.



United Disability Services

  Responsible for the oversight and development of residential and respite services to approximately 250-300 children and adults with intellectual, emotional and physical disabilities and health impairments. **Developed a residential service model that included small home settings, in-home supports, respite care, emergency placement, foster care and home modifications.**Transitioned contract funding model to fee-for-service Home and Community Based Services model(Medicaid waiver) with increased revenue and census.**Maintained and established CARF accreditation for Respite, Adult Host and Community Living services.
