I had the pleasure of working with Lara at YNN in 2010. Lara and I were the two MMJ reporters in the Elmira/ Corning newsroom in the Southern Tier of New York. Lara is a very dedicated and hard worker. She comes to work each day with story ideas in mind and doesn't give up until at least one pans out. She's also a great team player and is willing to do what it takes to make sure the job gets done. Not only is Lara very professional, she is easy to work with because of her friendly nature. I would recommend Lara for any of her future endeavours.
