At Digicel Pacific, I managed a team of 7 designers across 3 locations for 7 different markets in the Pacific. Responsibilities included creating a structured studio hierarchy, improving the workflow process and evolving the brand standards. The role was extremely diverse and hands on with overall responsibility of the full creative output from initial briefing, concepts, presentations, directing photo shoots, to design and final artwork. Based in Fiji, I was flown to Samoa, PNG, Tonga and Brisbane to liaise with the regional marketers and CEO’s to help direct and produce a number of marketing campaigns. Show less
