I had the pleasure of working with Jim for 8 years at Beazer. Jim was much more that just a Manager, he was an incredibly skilled engineer as well. He was just as proficient installing an iSeries server, building software, or installing a tape drive as he was creating a budget or reviewing and negotiating contracts. Jim was an outstanding mentor not only for me, but for the entire department and was always willing to take the time to listen to life's problems. His knowledge and abilities are second to none. His leadership and management skills are stellar. Given the chance, I would jump at an opportunity to work with Jim again.
