Brian Stiner is one of the best bosses I have had in my 21+ years of working. He has a way of not only making you feel completely involved in your career but even when tough conversation have to happen they seem fair. His focus on employee growth and employee retention are very evident and has always remained impartial when handing out assignments. I have advanced my career within my company from a desktop tech to a system administrator supporting our in house installations of the software we sell. Brian Stiner is very knowledgeable but really excels at empowering the members of his team to become self sufficient. That is not to say he is completely hands off but as long as work is getting done he does a great job of helping highlight the great work you are doing, and makes this work feel appreciated. Most other employees I know who have had their careers touched by Brian Stiner have also excelled and developed skills that have had a large impact on a business. Any business would be greatly aided by hiring Mr. Stiner.

I have worked with Brian for several years at Saleforce.com. During his time, he proved to be a thoughtful leader and a progressive IT professional. Collaborating on many projects, opening new sites, participating in M&As, supporting thousandths of users in the environment could not be done without his guidance and coaching. Small or large tasks, easy or difficult times, Brian provided the necessary input, so the work got done in the most efficient way possible. The IT team always found him available, approachable, ready, and willing to make things right, even if tough decisions had to be made due to rapid business growth and development. On a personal note, he is a good teammate who understands life for what it is, always trying to instill meaning, and push us to look beyond the daily boundaries striving for excellence.
