Lauri is not your typical CTO in any shape or form. He’s spent many years studying strategy, decision making and logical thinking. He’s a detail orientated individual who can map together the product development blueprint against business drivers and has an eye for finding inefficiencies to maximize business outcomes. I spent just under two years working directly with Lauri at SportSetter and have since setup our own venture together. Our sparring sessions tend to be more focused on business ideation and less on technical deployments and it’s mainly Lauri who spots a business opportunity before I do. I fully endorse Lauri in any future role or assignment. He’s the type of person who’d do well at the top management table but also in hands on positions. He’s a true pleasure to work with.
