Garrett was my on-board instructor at Deck Nine Games to getting me and a team of other contractors up and running in Vicon Shogun Post. His video tutorial series and open door policy on question made it super easy to get the best out productivity after the initial learning period that was built in to the first part of the contract. Super smart and able to both write and on screen tutorialized the concepts were indispensable. I can totally see Garret doing a Gnomon or Pluralsight tutorial or even a Webinar Tech Evangelist of some software training! Long story short he is a professional force multiplier!

Garrett is a consummate professional with everything he does. He has the immediate experience and skills to take swift action, and he has the passion and drive to embrace and succeed with any new challenge I've given him. Excellent communicator with the ability to bounce around ideas with you to figure out solutions to complex problems. He's one of the first people I would invite to a brainstorm session knowing I'd walk out with quality ideas and plans. He naturally takes a leadership role with the people he works with; his "peers" naturally look to him for direction. This was so much the case that in just 6 months he was promoted to Lead. He is a "multiplier." I could count the people I know on one hand that I wish I could clone, Garrett is on that hand. On a personal level, he's honestly one of the nicest humans I've ever had the chance to meet.

      As Lead Mocap Tech, in addition to my responsibilities working on motion capture shoots, I am responsible for managing and coordinating everything that needs to be accomplished by the rest of the motion capture technician team.
