QA Analyst
-
Aug 2017 - Oct 2021
I worked with many teams during my time as a QA Analyst, from Business Analysts to ensure that their requirement documents actually made sense from a real world perspective; to the Support team helping them quickly make changes to critical severity issues impacting production. I would like to think I have influenced and championed quality with the software we developed.I enjoyed working close to the code and development team, being able to proactively contribute to the quality of the code being merged is very important to me, and was one of the reasons I joined the dev team. My honed skills were required in Australia, Sydney - to help setup a new development team. Show less

Support Developer
-
Jun 2016 - Aug 2017
Gained experience fixing production issues as part of a BAU process. I had daily contact with customers and resolving their technical and non-technical issues. My highlight from this role is being the key contact and implementor as part of a new E-Ticket template for an airline which will be sent to travellers.

I wish Mike Smith all the best as he leaves the University. I thank Jim Burton for meeting me weekly and giving me real insight into my dissertation. I also thank Saaied Malakeshi for all his time and work into embedded architecture at the University. I wish Mike Smith all the best as he leaves the University.
