In my first role out of UCSB, I was a behavioral analyst for children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum disorder. In this role, I oversaw and managed a caseload of 4-5 clients, traveling to houses throughout the San Diego area to deliver behavioral therapy and neurodevelopment treatment to neurotypical clients. Previously identifying with being on the Autism Spectrum myself, I wanted to give back to the community by offering the same quality level of treatment I received to alleviate social barriers and burdens.
