Including direct line responsibility for professional and support staff with 20 staff with 5 direct reports and management of an $820,000+ budget. Provided overall leadership, direction and management for the Banner Student Module, compliance officer for student records and the coordinator of the Pima Scholars program. Collect, review and submit annual FTE report to the state for funding purposes and serve as principal contact for annual enrollment state audits. Regularly intersect and work collaboratively with financial aid, advising and counseling, district bursar, campus schedulers, media department, curriculum, assistant vice chancellor for academic affairs, student athletics, assessment, planning and institutional research, provost’s office, faculty senate, information technology, student services deans and instructional deans. Campus Director of Enrollment Services – Community Campus Reporting directly to the campus dean of student services, my responsibilities included managing the campus admissions and registration functions including direct line responsibility for six support staff and indirect support for six off-campus learning centers with approximately 25-30 professional and support staff, perform enrollment monitoring projections, manage and assist in the development of the unit budget.
