  Serve as the Senior Communication Chief for the command. Coordinate and managed all requirements that coming into the command that requires a Command and Control (C2) structure to support on going operation in the control group and 2D Marine Aircraft Wing. Oversees the training section for the Squadron to ensure all training is entered into MCTIM. Update the command Defense Readiness Report System every month to brief the Commanding Officers to report to Headquarters Marine Corps on the status of the command readiness. Coordinate with TECOM on the school seat assignment of 15 different military occupational skills in the command.
