Freelance programmer
-
Apr 2010 - Jun 2010
Following a game design internship, I was asked to help localizing games from UK to Italy and adapting them to be compatible with local set-top box hardware - programming to be done in C and Python. I accepted for 2 months alongside my education to get further experience with the programming side of production.I was expected to finish at least 2 localizations, using ~100 work hours. By my deadline, I had all 3 done, using ~80 hours.

Game design intern

Feb 2010 - Apr 2010
An internship in cooperation with the University of Copenhagen:A lead designer quickly recruited me to a new project, with the Scooby Doo franchise for Cartoon Network: 'Scuba Scooby Doo' for set-top-box viewers, to be played with remote control.- Designed and tested a 2D puzzle platformer for pre-teen kids.- Was responsible for maintaining the prototype in game maker.- Used my freedom as an intern to familiarize myself with most of the production line, participating in scheduling meetings, completing 30 estimated hours of programmer tasks in C and joining our QA for a full workday when a milestone build was meticulously tested.
