  The Data Integrity Supervisor manages the team of Data analysts whose responsibility is to uphold the accuracy of the provider network, directory, and pricing controls and to maintain consistency in the member database. My primary role is to manage, audit, and improve the automated and manual processes related to the company’s multiple databases. The team lead:- Distributes all assignments and responsibilities to members of the Data Integrity team and confirms completion of time-sensitive tasks- Performs quality assurance checks to ensure efficiency within automatic system processes and amongst members of Data Integrity team- Acts as proxy manager when Data Integrity manager is unavailable - Collaborates with other departments to develop current processes, diagnose system inadequacies, and implement new strategies and operations Much of the duties of the team lead also involve providing support to Data Integrity team members by assisting with claims issues, network or system errors, and the management of client file submissions.
