  Responsible for multiple systems in ASX. Main achievement was to automate CHESS system testing which for many years prior had been considered as impossible by most testing vendors. Solution was to work with CHESS developers and business to implement a automated testing solution known as Easy Script which would create the test scripts required to be passed to the VMS server. The scripts would translate to thousands of test scenarios normally driven from the users green screen interface. The main outcome: Great ROI as Thousands of tests which would take 3-5 weeks for 2-3 testers for a regression test cycle is now easily managed by a single tester and completed within 1-2 days effort.

  Responsible for organisation the first bush fire simulator concept to be presented to the government for further investments. Strong exposure to MapInfo systems and Digital Elevation Models of Austalia's terrain surfaces incorporated into a Bush Fire Simulator system the project was responsible to develop. The McArthur Fire Danger Index was automated to receive real data (current and expected) during a bush fire simulation which would model the behavior of a real bush fire including any spot fires. A great project with so many mathematical variables to be tested. A successful outcome which made its way into government funding for further analysis and hence the great systems we have today.
