At Brompton Bicycle, I have been involved with many areas of the US-based business, and whilst some team members are experts in selling our products, and others in the maintenance of our bikes, l became an expert in our business processes. General responsibilities include:Invoice and fulfillment of bikes, bike parts and accessories, averaging $250,000+ in monthly B2B sales.Act as credit control for accounts with credit lines ranging from $5,000 to $150,00; workingwith them to ensure timely payments and generation of payment plans when necessary.Record and relay recurring customer feedback and insights to 3rd party logistics warehouse, as well as, internal teams (technical support, marketing, and sales) in order to constantly improve the customer experience.
