I recommend Kristine to help with very practical farm business planning for beginning farmers. Kristine is a quick read of a situation. I brought her in on a grass-fed beef farm business plan project and she picked up on the needs of the farm and prepared a very practical plan. She was able to lay the financial situation out plainly and bring real-life market numbers together quite efficiently. I look forward to having her work with me on future farm business plans for beginning farmers.

Kristine is a very knowledgeable, focused professional, and passionate about her work with leaders and teams. Her extensive understanding of the Wiley DiSC and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team tools are augmented by her excellent facilitation skills. I've collaborated with her on several projects and have found her an excellent partner--trustworthy, engaging, committed, accountable, and results oriented; the embodiment of what she teaches. I highly recommend Kristine if you want to improve teamwork and leadership in your organization with measureable results.

    • The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team
      • Sep 2014 - Jan 2018

The single most untapped competitive advantage is high performing teams, i.e. teams that understand what to discuss, how to act and where to apply their resources. To achieve this advantage, team members must be open and vulnerable with each other and be willing to benchmark and monitor their progress in the critical areas of conflict and accountability. This guided process harnesses the power of Everything DiSC and the simplicity of The Five Dysfunctions of a Team model to help teams achieve clarity and engagement around their purpose.
